With the new mall scheduled to be built, shopping would only be a 5 minute walk away.
If you are looking for a more suburban setting, Rowayton Woods or Ledgebrook condominiums may appeal to you. There are one bedroom and two bedroom flats available at these locations. Both properties offer lovely grounds, pool and natural ponds.
If waterfront is your thing then look to 4 Daskams lane for river views from your living area and outdoor deck. Most of the units are two bedroom/two baths and have open floor plans. This location includes an elevator building making stairs a thing of the past. 100 Seaview Avenue and 26 Cove Avenue also offer waterfront living on the inlet of Long Island sound. Dock space may be available for the boaters.
If you’re looking to downsize into a house, one floor ranches offer a great alternative. This allows you the ease of getting around your home with the opportunity to have some land for entertaining or gardening.
